Fluxor is a range of engineered flux compositions for electric arc furnace (EAF) and ladle furnace operations, formulated from recycled calcium fluoride streams and mineral waste. Fluxor-1 (EAF grade) delivers rapid slag formation with low energy consumption, while Fluxor-2 (Ladle grade) provides controlled basicity for sulphur removal. Both grades replace virgin fluorspar (CaF₂) with recycled sources, reducing mining dependency and cost. Commercial deployment across 6 plants shows 12–18% improvement in refining kinetics.
