F75 Recycling is a hydrometallurgical process for recovering cobalt, nickel, and lithium from spent lithium-ion batteries and industrial catalyst residues. The process uses a proprietary organic acid leaching system (citric acid + H₂O₂) that avoids harsh mineral acids, reducing hazardous waste generation by 85%. Pilot-scale results show >95% recovery of Co, >90% recovery of Ni, and >88% recovery of Li with purity levels suitable for battery-grade precursor production. The process operates at ambient temperature and pressure.
